We would like to point out that data transmission via the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail, or via non-encrypted websites) can have security gaps. Full protection of the data against access by third parties is then not possible.

If you place an order via our website, your transmitted or entered data will be checked manually or automatically against the existing data records for validity and topicality and, if necessary, compared to correct the data stored by us. This may require our staff to contact you. This shall take place by e-mail or telephone.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are as follows: Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited site), IP address and the requesting provider.
This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. The provider uses the protocol data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the offer.
However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data retrospectively if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use based on concrete evidence.
The log data will be deleted when there is no longer a legal necessity.

SSL encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the enquiries you send to us. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address line changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
